What is your availability?
I work mornings, evenings, and weekends by appointment.
What should I wear to my hair appointment?
Dress how you are most comfortable! It’s best to wear something that doesn’t have a bulky neckline, like a simple t-shirt or loose top alongside comfortable pants or leggings.
For color service, please be prepared to sit for 2+ hours. Be wary of wearing your nicest clothes to your hair appointments! If you’re getting a color treatment, wear something you don’t mind getting a few color stains on (just in case!)
How should I take care of my hair at home?
* Wait 48 hours to wash after any chemical service
* Turn down any hot tools and be sure to use heat protection (400 is almost always too hot!)
* Use salon professional products
* Avoid washing your hair in hot water
* Avoid pools, lake water, or oceans for the next few days after any chemical services

Payment of Services
I accept cash as well as all major debit and credit cards. All payments of services must be paid at the time of appointment.
Late Cancellations
I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If there are multiple instances of cancellations with less than a 48 hour prior notice, there will be a 100% re-booking fee to account for the missed service.
Fees
All fees such as late cancellations and booking fees must be paid by invoice before any future appointments can be booked.
No Shows
Clients who no show without communication will be required to pay a 100% re-booking fee to account for the missed service.
If any kind of bad weather happens and I need to reschedule your appointment, there will be no cancellation fee.
Color Correction
Color correction services will not be subject to any refunds as they take quite a bit of time and product to achieve. In most cases, it can take up to 2-4+ sessions to achieve the clients hair goals.
bridal faq's
How long will each hairstyle take?
At least 1 hr for the bride, and roughly 45 minutes for each bridesmaid, flower girl, etc.
How many people can you service?
This depends on the timing of the big day, please reach out with specifics!
Can you style my bridal party and family members too?
Yes! Just include them in the final count when we discuss details.
Can we use hair extensions?
Yes, however, I don’t provide extensions at this time. If you want to purchase some on your own (such as clip-ins or halos) I can work with them. For this, I heavily suggest booking a bridal trial so we can make a plan in advance.
How far in advance should I book for a travel bridal service?
The sooner the better! June, July, and September tend to be my busiest weekends that go first.
